- Curve: virtual AMM, 1B supply, 800M sold on the curve, graduate at 18 BNB, 1% buy and sell fee
- Timed sale: soft/hard cap, countdown, refunds if the soft cap is missed, LP lock after a fill
- Dual quote: BNB and demo stock rates (AAPL, 0700, and others) booked as BNB — not a broker
- Monorail: near-name clones of live tokens cannot list; homepage focus and the ticker go to the raise leader
- Optional at create: Dev identity (X / Telegram / Discord, bound to the original creator), community links, community fund, airdrop, LP/team locks, staking
- Ownership: mint stays on Factory and closes at graduate. Listing control can two-step transfer or a holder can CTO after a renounce. A CTO does not seize LP, team locks, or dumped bags

## FAQ

Q: What is Monorail?
A: Live tokens cannot be forked by a near-name ticker. Ticker and homepage focus go only to the raise leader.

Q: What graduates a token?
A: 18 BNB on the curve. Minting stops and 200M tokens plus BNB go to public LP.

Q: How does a community CTO work?
A: You cannot seize keys the creator still holds. They two-step transfer, or renounce so a holder can CTO the listing. LP locks, team locks, and dumped bags do not come back.

Q: What is the difference between Dev and community socials?
A: Dev is the creator's own X / Telegram, set at create, bound to the original wallet. A CTO cannot change it. Community links are the project channels and the current steward can update them.
